4. What should I do before the cleaning team arrives? We ask that you pick up any personal items, toys, or clutter to allow our team to clean more effectively. This helps us focus on providing a thorough cleaning service. If you’re in a hurry, and want us to tidy that type of stuff up for you, we are happy to help, we just ask that you let us know.
5. Are your cleaners background-checked and insured? Yes, all our cleaners undergo background checks and are fully insured. Your safety and security are our top priorities.
6. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment? Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you'd like us to use, please let us know and we'll accommodate your request.
